Blue Tree Premium Faria Lima

I loved the customer service I received from all of the employees. On the night I checked in, I had paid reservations at another location, but the renter did not fulfill the contract agreement. So, I went to the Blue Tree Premium at the last minute, and although there were no rooms available, the gentlemen who assisted me that night went above and beyond to ensure I could sleep in a bed that night as it was already close to midnight. He was very compassionate and sincerely interested in helping, which he did. I wish I could remember his name...

Great location, room was very comfy, breakfast was well served, pool was working. Service in the desk and check in were outstanding. Employees were gentle, friendly, doing more than was needed. a big cheers for them.

Good breakfast, very nice view from the terrace and also from the Windows of the room. Nice personal. Clean room and large. Very good location.

The breakfast was very luscious and with a wide array of options. And even though the quantity was exhuberant, the taste was perfectly adequate.

The location is spectacular. Right in the center of the financial district. Some good food around and a great opportunity to rent bicycles and ride around the city.
